INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef (or sub ground chicken, tofu, or plant based crumbles)
1 small white onion, diced
2 roma/plum tomatoes, chopped
4 dill pickles, chopped
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (or substitute for a plant-based cheese)
DIRECTIONS:
1 cup greek yogurt (or mayo or plant-based yogurt of choice)
2 tb relish
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tb water (if needed to thin out the dressing)
