Do you know that the book of James was written by the blood brother of Jesus. He grew up together with Jesus in their childhood days, refused to believe in Him during the earthly ministry of Jesus as the Saviour (John 7:5) until he had a post resurrection encounter with Jesus (1 Cor 15:7). James grew so fast spiritually that he was part of those that had the upper room experience of Pentecost two months after his conversion. He later rose up to become the leader of the early church in Jerusalem. He was a man deep in the word and fervent in prayers. He succeeded in bringing many Jewish people to Christ and was Martyred in AD 62 by Jewish leaders in Jerusalem. Enjoy this insightful teaching and remain blessed.
