Dietary Fat are essential for maintaining good overall health, especially as you age.

Deep Frying is a common cooking method used across the globe and plays a important role in many traditional cuisines.

Today, I am sharing a video of "A healthy Oil for Deep Frying"
For Deep Frying the Oils should have a high Smoking Point and be Stable, so they don't react with Oxgen when heated.

Oils that are mostly Saturated and Monounsaturated are good for Frying and Polyunsaturated Oils are not good for Frying because they have multiple double bond and many bents.
More bent and more unstable they are!!

However, Deep fried foods can have a negative effect on health.
This will depend partly on how often you eat it but also on the type of OIL you use and how you use it.
Also mind your portion size when eating fried food.
