Besan Palak Methi Pudla
Ingredients
Take A Big Bowl And add
1 Cup - Besan
1 tbsp - Sooji
1/2 Cup - Water
Mix n Whisk for 2-3 Min
1/2 tsp - Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp - Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
Whisk Properly
Give Rest for 10 min and then add
1/2 Cup - Palak Chopped
1/4 Cup - Methi ( Fenugreek Leaves ) Chopped
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 no - Green Chillies Chopped
1 tbsp - Crushed Garlic
1/2 tbsp - Grated Ginger
1/2 + 1/4 Cup - Water
Whisk Properly
Make a Medium thin Batter and Make Pudla With the Help Of Steel Katori , Spread On Tawa , Apply Oil and Make a Golden from both the Sides
Serve With Chutney
