This jello recipe is not only delicious but muscle building, gut nourishing, and sleep enhancing—the perfect biohacked "nightcap" when you need a little something sweet after dinner.

Now, you may be asking yourself: How can a serving of jello help you sleep like a baby? Well, gelatin is rich in glycine, and glycine has been shown in research to support deep sleep and enhance overall sleep quality. Glycine is also incredibly nourishing to the gut lining. And this jello is packed not only with glycine but also with a ton of amino acids.

Why? Although I've been making jello for years, I've hacked this jello even further with the addition of Kion Aminos (berry flavored, baby).

In this video, I walk you through each step in making this delicious jello. One slab of this before you go to bed at night, and you’ll forget that pesky pint of ice cream forever, snooze like a baby, and nourish your gut and muscles throughout an entire night of sleep.
