Ingredients::
( Serves: 8 paratha)

Wheat flour - 2 cup
Beet root leaves - 1 bunch or 1.5cup chopped(approx)
Ginger - 1tbsp grated
Green chilli - 1 tsp chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin/jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Water as required
Oil/Ghee for roasting
Wheat flour for dusting
