BEETROOT HUMMUS AND CHUTNEY HUMMUS - Takes few minutes and little change of ingredients to make these 2 variation to classic Hummus. Absolutely mind blowing and quick snack. Enjoy as a dip or a spread or even mix with salad. Every possible way these are super hit. Also high in protein and no cooking involved. Recipe ingredients-
Beetroot Hummus - 1 medium size boiled Beetroot. 1 cup boiled chickpeas (3-4 whistles), 1 green chili, 1 garlic clove, 2-3 tbs Tahini, 2 tbs Olive Oil, salt, Then grind and squeeze 1/2 lemon after grinding. & for garnishing use salad (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, black olives, parsley) boiled chickpeas. Roasted cumin seeds, pomegranate. Drizzle some olive oil at the end
Chatni Hummus - 1 bunch of coriander, 1 cup boiled chickpeas(3-4 whistles), 1 green chili, 1 garlic clove, 2-3 tbs Tahini, 2 tbs Olive Oil, salt, squeeze 1/2 lemon, some roasted cumin seeds. And then grind. & for garnishing, use salad (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, black olives, parsley), boiled chickpeas. Roasted cumin seeds, pomegranate. Drizzle some olive oil at the end
Tahini Recipe - Dry roast white sesame seeds and churn them in mixie, add 2 tbs curd and you will get a nice paste, it will be close to taste of Tahini paste
