Basics!!! Portion Control Eating

Recently I was watching "what I eat in a day" videos on social media, my brother also sent me such videos, so I thought to give it a try too but effortlessly, I am practising portion control since 2020, we lose weight but what we really get is creating the healthy eating habits, getting nutrition needs fulfilled from all of the food categories, taking care of our internal health.
A very random effortlessly made video, from a very mundane lazy food kinda day. Literally what I was eating randomly I just clicked it, you dont need too much fancy stuff nor you can have that daily.

what I ate summed up as
3 carb
3 protien
2.1 dairy
1 fruit
1 nuts
