Ingredients

Pene pasta 16 oz cooked

For Pesto

Whole Avocados x2
Garlic Cloves x3
Noochy Licious x 1/3 cup -(Vegan cheese)
Dill x 1/4 cup
Basil x 1/2 cup
Olive oil x 2 tablespoons
Lemon Zest x 2 tablespoon
Lemon Juice x 3 tablespoon
Salt x 1 teaspoon
Mix all together in food processor
Blend till smooth
Do not Overwork as will turn black!

Mix all cold and serve
Garnish with Fresh basil and Dill
