are you a dieting person or healthy eating person?

Dieting:- what comes into your mind when you hear this word. Tasteless food, leaving certain food groups. Right? In reality, this word is very misunderstood. Dieting is not about what you should not eat or stay hungry for. It's about what you should start eating according to your own individual goals and get that satisfaction with your meals. Ok, let's take an example. We all know vegetables are so healthy. But how often do we eat salads? We don't. But when you are going to start any nutrition plan etc. You start including them in your meals. And if anyhow you achieve your goal you stop eating them again. And this cycling repeats itself again n again. If you are regularly and continuously eating what you should, You will never be trapped in this dieting world.
That's why I never use this word with my clients. People often think they have to eat tasteless, bland and boiled food or very little food if they start dieting. It's not about that, it's about getting healthy, it's about getting fit in your favourite clothes
