Fruit. Back before there was candy and artificial sweeteners, there was fruit. Back before there was sin, there was fruit. Somewhere down the line, someone decided that this was the tastiest part of the tree, and it has been a staple of mankind's diet ever since. Some people will swear to you that fruits are a collection of the healthiest foods on Earth. Some will say it's the secret to living a longer life. It's time to take a take a deeper dive into Mother Nature's wonderous treat to find out if she's really been feeding us right. Do fruits really contain the nectar of the Gods, or are they the least essential part of a balanced meal plan? Let's find out.

I do feel the need to mention, especially with this specific list, the discrepancies between whether certain foods are fruits or vegetables. For convenience and consistency sake I am trying to rank foods in the groups they are most associated with. For instance, Cucumbers & Bell peppers are botanically fruits, however, they are most associated with the Vegetable food group, so they are ranked over in that video.
