Day 87 & 88 started off with some slack packing for Mom. She had taken some falls on her knees recently and has been bruised and swollen, so thankfully we have some AMAZINGLy THOUGHTFUL Trail Angels who offered to help slack pack for her. That has also allowed us to put in some big miles - 24 and 23 mile days! We are cruising! And, it helps that Pennsylvania is flattening out a bit. We've seen some beautiful landscape since our time in Pennsylvania but we know our time here is coming to an end soon. The next few days are going to be great!

Follow along with us as we southbound thru-hike all 2,194 miles of the Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia to raise money for Parkinson's Disease Research!!
