Day 104 & 105 brought back to back bigger mile days as Mom's (Stitch) knee has been recovering and feeling a little better. And good thing too, we've had probably the most elevation gain and descent since Pennsylvania! But, we have been so spoiled lately with AMAZING trail angels along the way. Most recently, Leslie and Glenn have made life so much easier for us as we make our way through the AT. We can thank them enough!
Follow along with us as we southbound thru-hike all 2,194 miles of the Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia to raise money for Parkinson's Disease Research!!
