even if you're a hater - try this.

3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2/3 cup milk of choice (I like mine thicker but if you want it thinner add up to 3/4 cups milk)
pinch of salt!

refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight!
