You should never skip your breakfast but it's much better to skip the breakfast instead of having unhealthy foods in the breakfast.
If your breakfast is the first thing you eat in the morning which means if you have it on an empty stomach then you should be more conscious of what you are eating. After a long hour of gap/ fasting overnight our body becomes more sensitive so it's important that we feed ourselves with something neutral, light, refreshing and healthy.
So in this video I am talking about 7 Foods which we think are healthy but they definitely aren’t the best options especially while you are having an empty stomach.
