5 Healthy Foods That Are Actually Unhealthy | Dr. Janine

She talks about how gluten-free baked goods are still baked goods, they are full of sugar and other grains that can also cause digestive issues. She looks at how commercially produced yogurt often doesn’t have the healthy strains of probiotics and can contain sugars or worse artificial sweeteners. Dr. Janine explains how coconut water. Coconut fruit and coconut oil are very healthy however, coconut water can be very unhealthy. Coconut water is high in deuterium which can have negative side effects on the body. She talks about how diet sodas are actually unhealthy. They are sweetened with artificial sweeteners and usually come in a can that can lead to heavy metal toxicity. Lastly, Dr. Janine talks about how plant-based milk also contains gels and sugars, and an ingredient called carrageenan that is known to cause digestive upset.
