Smoothie Bowl:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp Unsweet Cocoa Powder
1 pitted date (optional)
handful of spinach
splash of milk
Top with bran flakes, fresh strawberries and ground flax seeds (optional)

Savory Oats
1/2 - 1 C rolled oats
1 c water
1 c veggie broth
Tomatoes
1/4 c nutritional yeast
a little garlic salt
pinch of salt
Top with 1/4 avocado and ground flax seeds (optional)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry -
Rolled Oats
Unsweet Vanilla Plant Milk
1 TBSP Unsweet Cocoa Powder
2 TSP maple syrup
Strawberries
1 TBSP Chia Seeds (optional)

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter:
Rolled Oats
Unsweet Vanilla Plant Milk
1/2 smooshed banana
1 TBSP Vegan Chocolate Chips
Low Fat PB Hack (1-2 TBSP PB2, 1 TSP peanut butter, water. Heat in microwave and add more water until smooth)

Apple Pie:
Rolled Oats
Unsweet Vanilla Plant Milk
1/2 Smooshed banana
2 TBSP Apple Butter (I use the brand Barton Creek Crossing https://bartoncreekcrossing.com/Store...) Any apple butter works.
1 TSP Cinnamon
