Air Fryer Salmon:
4 salmon fillets, thawed
Drizzle olive oil across salmon and season with Auntie Nono's seafood seasoning. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Air Fryer Potatoes:
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces. Toss with olive oil and everything seasoning. Air Fry at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Air Fryer Burgers:
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp everything seasoning (or to taste)
pepper to taste
Shape burgers into 8 patties. Air fry at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes per side

Air Fryer Chicken Burritos:
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Auntie Nono's Firecracker sea salt
2 TBSP olive oil
Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chicken and season as desired with firecracker sea salt. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through. Use chicken in a large flour tortilla to add all your favorite burrito toppings. Air fryer at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes until outside of tortilla is crisp.
Air Fryer Chicken Sandwiches:
Slice 2 chicken breasts into 4 thin pieces. Marinate in 1 cup of pickle juice for 30 minutes.
Mix up coating for chicken in a bag:
1.5 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp everything seasoning
1/4 tsp firecracker sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TBSP baking powder
In a large bowl, mix up the egg wash:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Remove chicken from pickle juice and place in egg wash. Drip off excess and coat in flour mixture. Spray with oil and Air fry at 340 degrees 6 minutes per side. Bump up the temperature to 400 degrees and cook for an additional 2 minutes per side. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees. Spray oil on chicken every time it is flipped.

Air Fryer Shrimp:
1 bag cooked shrimp, thaw out
firecracker sea salt
everything seasoning
olive oil
Thaw out shrimp and toss in olive oil and seasonings to taste. Air fry at 375 for about 5 minutes or until desired firmness is reached.
