*Each recipe makes 3-4 popsicles

Blueberry Lemon Popsicles:
1/2 cup (120ml) Orange Juice
1 tablespoons Lemon juice
Lemon zest
1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup (optional)
1 1/2 cups (225g) Blueberries

Mango Popsicles:
1 cup (170g) Mango
3/4 cup (170g) Yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup (optional)

Melon Popsicles:
1 cup (160g) melon
3/4 cup (170g) yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup (optional)

Peach Popsicles:
1/2 cup (120ml) Orange/peach Juice
1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup (optional)
1 1/2 cups (240g) Peaches


Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into the mold. Cover the mold with the lid, then place wooden sticks into the hole.
3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
4. Release from the mold and enjoy immediately or alternatively place the popsicles into the bags that are included in the mold set.
5. Keep in the fridge.
