Join me for a full-body dumbbell strength training session. This workout is designed to help you build strength, muscle mass, and endurance over time.

A complete workout targeting major muscle groups with compound exercises! Back, shoulders, chest, and lower body, with dumbbells and bodyweight, for a challenging strength training workout that requires determination and focus!

A pair of dumbbells is enough to increase or decrease your weight as needed. We encourage you to increase your weight slightly to optimize this workout if certain movements are too challenging.

Optional: a yoga block, a thick book, or a stair stepper for heel-raised squats and toe-raised lunges!
