3 Healthy Sweet Potato Recipes | Vegan & Potato Reset Friendly

Hi, I’m Ami, and I have lost 60 pounds following the principles of the Starch Solution & Calorie Density!

Today i wanted to share 3 of my favourite #potatoreset friendly sweet potato recipes, that also all happen to be chocolatey!

Chocolate cookies:

2 small (or 1 medium) baked sweet potatoes
1/4 + 1/8 cup potato flakes
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Mix all together, form into cookies. Then bake in the oven at 180 Celsius for 30mins, flipping half way through.

Hot chocolate:

1/4 cup baked sweet potato
1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup plant milk
1 cup boiling water
Peppermint drops to taste (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Blend until smooth, heat up and enjoy!

Chocolate fries:

1 medium raw sweet potato
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup

Chop sweet potato into long thin fries, coat in cocoa powder & maple. Air fry or oven at 180 Celsius for 15mins, mixing after 10mins!
