This session saw greatly expanded development of the campus island to include the beginnings of a tourist commercial area including a festival zone, and a much larger dedicated leisure specialization area. Plus of course crowdcontrol shenanigans.

The city is mostly unbroken now following the unwise removal of the Hadron Collider. Still got some way to go before it's fully stabilized, but we're getting there.
