Ingredients:
TO MAKE MARINATED TOMATO SALAD

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - 2 TBSP
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - 3 TSP
GARLIC - 2 TSP (FINELY CHOPPED)
ONION - 1 TBSP (FINELY CHOPPED)
BASIL - 1 TBSP (FINELY CHOPPED)
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 TBSP (FINELY CHOPPED)
SALT - 1/4 TSP
PEPPER POWDER - 1 TSP
TOMATOES - SLICED

TO MAKE TOMATO & FETA CHEESE SALAD

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - 1 TBSP
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
PEPPER POWDER - 1 TSP
SALT - 1/2 TSP
GARLIC - 1 TSP (FINELY CHOPPED)
CHERRY TOMATOES - 20 (SLICED)
CUCUMBER - 1 MEDIUM (SLICED)
ONION - 1 / 2 CUP (THINLY SLICED)

Today we are going to see making of two different salad recipes with Tomato which is marinated tomato salad and Tomato and feta cheese salad these are very Healthy salads QuickTime make and tastes absolutely yummy . Tomato is very rich in Fibre,vitamins,and minerals thus it is very healthy. These two salads are very delicious and refreshing to have as a morning breakfast or as an evening snack. Making of Marinated tomato salad involves preparing dressing which is adding Chopped Garlic,onions,Coriander,mint leaves,pepper powder to a virgin olive oil and mix it in a glass jar. Add this dressing to a tomato pieces thus marinated tomato salad is prepared. Tomato and feta cheese recipe also can be prepared in the similar way but need to mix the cherry tomato pieces to other veggies and feta cheese pieces followed by adding dressing and mix well. These two healthy breakfast tomato salad recipes are so tasty and healthy
