Ingredients
Idli rice 11/2 cups
1/2 cup urad dal
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Jeera/cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil/ghee 1 tbsp
Green peas frozen 2 tbsp
Carrot grated 1
For Coconut Chutney
Fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup
Roasted gram 2 Tbsp
Green chillis 2
Ginger a small piece
Curry leaves
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds
Urad dal
Dry red chilli 1
Salt to taste

For Dhokla
Same batter as above
Green chilli 1
Ginger a small piece
Hing/asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Eno fruit salt 1 tsp
Chilli powder a pinch

Green chutney
Coriander leaves 1 handful
Green chilli 1
Groundnuts 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
lemon juice a few drops
Fresh grated coconut 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
White til/sesame seeds 1 tsp
