-3 cups- Halved Length-wised Okra
-1 Small onion/shallot cut into wedges
-1 pint of halved cherry tomatoes
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- A handful of cilantro
- a drizzle of apple cider vinegar
Sauté on medium high heat for 10 min or until tomatoes are slightly soft.
