Carrot - 3tbsp
Capsicum - 3tbsp
Cabbage - 3tbsp
Onion - 3 tbsp
Tomato - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - Few
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Oil for roasting

Tempering

Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera/ cumin - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1 chopped
Ginger - 1tsp chopped
Curry leaves - 10
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Sesame seed /til - 1tsp
