I have been meal preparing for years and years. I usually bulk cook food for the whole week and refrigerate it in containers. Six months ago I watched a video from Momma Mandy's youtube channel and found we can wrap the food in a banana leaf and keep them in the fridge. I realised this method is way better and makes the food more delicious. Thanks so much, Momma Mandy, I tribute this video to you.
