CORIANDER LEAVES – 1 TABLE SPOON
FENNEL SEEDS – 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER – 15 TO 20 Nos.
CLOVES – 2 TO 3 Nos.
CINNAMON – 1 INCH
CUMIN SEEDS – 1 TSP
BLACK CHICKPEAS (KALA CHANA) – ½ CUP (SOAKED FOR 7 HOURS)
ONION (MEDIUM) – 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GARLIC – 5 TO 7 CLOVES
POTATO (MEDIUM) – 1, PEALED & ROUGHLY CHOPPED
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ½ TSP
HING – ¼ TSP

CARROT (GRATED) – 2 TABLESPOON
GINGER – 1 INCH
