Rava pancake is a very healthy n tasty low oil breakfast recipe which can be prepared within a very short time.. you can add any type of vegetables in it to make it more healthy and tasty...I am sure everyone will like it.. let's check out the recipe below..

Ingredients : (for 2 persons)

Semolina /Sooji /Rava 150 gm
Curd/yogurt 75 gm
Carrot
Capsicum
Tomato
Onion
Chilli to taste
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 2-3 tsp
Fresh curry leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

Method :

Combine sooji and yogurt adding little amount of water.. keep in rest for 10 minutes.. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.. add all the vegetables and spices.. heat 2 tsp of oil and saute cumin seeds and curry leaves.. pour half of the batter.. cover and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.. take out from pan.. again heat 1 tsp oil and saute cumin seeds and curry leaves.. cover and cook the opposite side of pancake for 5 minutes in medium flame.. ready to serve with sauce or chutney..
