This is a quick, easy and healthy recipe and perfect for breakfast. Palak uttapam is one my favorite dish to have in breakfast. You can make this with idli dosa batter too.

Ingredients:
For Batter:
1 Cup Semolina
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1 tbsp Curd
1 Cup Spinach Puree
Water as Require

For Topping:
1/2 Chopped Capcicum
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
2 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Oil
