Ingredients for Chicken soup:
1. Whole Chicken - 1300 gram
2. Pak choi / or any leafy greens - 300 gram
3. Water - 1 liter or as per your wish to make the soup
4. Garlic & Ginger - 40 grams in total
5. Medium-sized carrots - 3 pieces
6. Cardamom - 5 Pieces
7. Cloves - 5 Pieces
8. Turmeric Powder - 3 gram
9. Pepper - 5 gram
10. Salt - 15 gram ( You can adjust it as per your wish)
11. Medium-sized onion - 1 piece
12. Medium-sized potato - 1 piece
13. Fresh coriander - a handful
