For batter-
1. 1.5 cup green gram split
2. 2 tbsp semolina
3. 2 tbsp chickpeas flour (besan)
4. 1.5 tsp green chilli paste
5. ½ tsp sugar
6. 1 tsp salt
7. Juice of ½ lemon (2 tsp)
8. ½ tsp garam masala powder
9. ¼ cup boiled french beans
10. ¼ cup boiled green peas
11. ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
12. ½ cup grated bottle gourd
13. ¼ cup chopped capsicum
14. ¼ cup chopped tomato
15. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
16. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
17. 2 tbsp water
18. ½ tsp ENO + 1 tbsp water
For tadaka-
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. ½ tsp mustard seeds
3. ¼ tsp cumin seeds
4. ¼ tsp asafoetida
5. 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
6. 1 tsp white sesame seeds
7. 7-8 cury leaves
