Ragi vegetable soup is a flavorful and nutritious one pot meal loaded with healthy goodness of ragi flour and seasonal vegetables. This vegan and gluten-free ragi soup is filling, easy to digest and can be served to all ages starting from toddlers to elderly. Ingredients for Ragi Vegetable Soup:

3 Tablespoon Ragi Flour
1 small carrot finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh green peas
1/4 cup sweet corn
3-4 french beans chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
2 spring onions chopped, green and whites separated
5-6 black pepper corn
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chilies , slit
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 inch ginger, grated
2 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
