4 Boneless chicken thighs 405g
Salt 1/2Tsp
Light soy sauce 1Tbsp
Oyster sauce 1Tbsp
Sugar 1Tsp
Ginger 10g
Sesame oil 2Tbsp
Cooking wine 2Tbsp
Cornstarch 1Tbsp
Diced carrot 40g
Frozen green peas 20g
Green onion and coriander

Thai jasmine rice 320ml (2 cups)
Water 400ml (2 cups + 1/2 cup)
