✨Baked Chicken ✨

Guys, I know how busy we all get as the week starts, so here’s one easy peasy quick recipe for you all. It will be ready by the time you prep for dinner after a long day.

Here are the ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breast - I sliced them in half so they can cook evenly. (You can take drumsticks if you like that or thighs)
- 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
-1-2 tsps Lemon juice
- seasoning of your choice ( I used tandoori masala and chili powder. But you could use ‘everything seasoning’ or ‘cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder or just salt and pepper)
- Salt
- Olive oil or avocado oil.

1. Mix all ingredients and apply the marinade on the chicken.
2. Let it marinate for 15-30 mins if you have time. I didn’t, so I directly put it in the oven.
3. Pre- heat the oven at 425°F.
4. Place the chicken on baking tray lined with foil.
5. Bake for 20-25 mins on one side.
6. Flip and cook on the other side for around 15-20 mins (depending on your oven heat level)
6. Once the internal temp reaches 165°F, it’s ready.
7. Drizzle some oil or butter once it’s done, squeeze in some lemon juice and pair it with your fav veggies and rice/ quinoa.
8. Bon Appetit

For those who don’t have oven, you can simply roast it in a pan. Add oil in a pan, once it’s nice and hot add the chicken. Cook it for 2-3 mins till it turns golden brown. Flip and do the same on the other side. Now lower the heat and cover and and cook till it’s ready.
