Everyone has heard of Phodhshichi Bhaji, but Chef Tushar is preparing "Phodshiche Parathe" today on Ruchkar Mejwani. These super tasty, super delicious parathas go well with pickles and can be made for morning breakfast.

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin Seeds & Coriander Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp Mix Flour (bhajani)
Water (as required)
